Description:
Suji/slicer in ApexUltra with Ironwood handles and brass bolsters. Takedown construction with a stainless bolt. These have roughly the same (robust) grind geometry as my honesuki, which is intended for meat slicing, not for laser cutting. Brushed etch finish, and comes with a black leather sheath/saya (not pictured).
